Welcome to Code of Wellbeing Ltd. By accessing or using our coaching services, whether online or in-person, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Services Offered
We provide coaching services designed to help individuals develop their personal and professional skills. Our services include one-on-one coaching sessions, group workshops, and online courses.
Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals over the age of 18, and on request for people under 18 with the consent of their guardian. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Payment and Fees
All fees for coaching services must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the service. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and online payment platforms. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Confidentiality
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. We will not disclose any personal or sensitive information without the client's explicit consent, except as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
