Techniques Used: Introduction to Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to map out existing thought processes.


Session 2: Addressing Suppressed Emotions

Objective: Recognise and process suppressed emotions that may be affecting mental health.

Techniques Used: Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) and Hypnotherapy to safely access and release emotional blockages.


Session 3: Challenging Limiting Beliefs

Objective: Identify and challenge limiting beliefs that hinder personal growth.

Techniques Used: NLP and CBT exercises to reframe negative beliefs into empowering ones.


Session 4: Enhancing Self-Awareness

Objective: Increase self-awareness to better understand personal triggers and responses.

Techniques Used: Reflective exercises and journaling, supported by NLP techniques, to deepen self-insight.


Session 5: Identity and How yours can Stop you from Thriving

Objective: Adress where your Identity is not aligned which can cause stress, stuckness and problems in life.

Techniques Used: IEMT and neuro-science based methods for aligning you identity in regards to problems your dealing with.


Session 6: Your Inner Guide & How to Offer Support to Yourself

Objective: Increase self-awareness to better understand personal triggers and responses.

Techniques Used: Reflective exercises and journaling, supported by NLP techniques, to deepen self-insight.


Session 6: Reflect on Changes, Determine further STOPs & Creating a Personal Growth Plan for moving forward

Objective: Formulate a personalised plan for ongoing mental fitness and personal development.

Techniques Used: Integration of all learned techniques to create a sustainable growth strategy, supported by regular self-assessment and goal-setting.
